WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY?
We want you to be delighted with your purchase from us but realise that when shopping online sometimes things are not as you expected them to be or you may have bought the item as a gift. We therefore offer refunds on all items at the price at which they are currently sold or were last sold on our website. This is valid for 30 days from purchase.
WHAT ABOUT POSTAGE CHARGES?
Purchase charges on the purchase will not be refunded.
WHERE AND HOW SHOULD I SEND MY PARCEL FOR A REFUND?
How you wish to send your return to us is up to you but we do advise that you obtain a proof of posting as we shall not be responsible for the parcel until we receive it. On our delivery note enclosed with your parcel is a peel off returns label which has your order number on it. This is not a postage paid label and we would ask that you mark your name and a contact telephone number or email address inside the parcel confirming if you would like a refund or an exchange.

ACTUALLY I WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE MY ITEM FOR ANOTHER
That is no problem at all, please let us know what you would like to have instead, if there is a refund due we shall credit your original order and if we require to take a difference which you need to pay we shall contact you. We are happy to bear the postage cost of sending out the exchange item but ask you to follow the returns procedure for the item you need to send back to us please.
THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS FAULTY, WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
We are always disappointed when any of our items have a fault or disappoint you but we always prefer that you let us know in order that we make the situation right.
