Customers on this list have asked or agreed to be kept in touch with such news and to the extent that you wish to be removed from this list you may do so by advising us of your wish to unsubscribe from this.

– For orders requiring Personalisation we shall provide your name and address to our embossing counterparty who will only use this information to address and despatch the order to you.
– While your parcel is in transit from us to you Royal Mail has access to your name and address on our despatch label.
We do not hold or indeed see any payment details as they are processed on our website through an encrypted payment gateway by our bankers (Global Iris).
– We retain the details which you input into your online order being: name, address, email address and telephone number on our password protected internal server for seven years in order to full our reporting obligations to HMRC and Companies House.
– Please note that we do not share any details with third parties for the purposes of marketing however we do use a customer review service within our own website to ask for feedback on orders if customers would like to give it.
